Dosage (summary)
Starting dose: 1-2 tablets of SUBOXONE 2 mg/0.5 mg; max daily dose: 24 mg.

- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; breastfeeding should be discontinued.

- Naltrexone
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to buprenorphine or naloxone
- Severe respiratory insufficiency
- Severe hepatic insufficiency
- Acute alcoholism

- Withdrawal syndrome
- Constipation
- Nausea
- Headache
- Sweating

- Take sublingually only
- Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants
