Indication
Treatment of adult patients with Ph+ CML in chronic or accelerated phase.
Dosage (summary)
300 mg twice daily for newly diagnosed; 400 mg twice daily for resistant/intolerant patients.
Special Populations
- Elderly patients
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; use contraception. Unknown if excreted in breast milk.

- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- CYP3A4 inducers
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to nilotinib

- Rash
- Pruritus
- Nausea
