Adults: 1400 mg once daily or 700 mg twice daily with ritonavir.

- Renal impairment

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to lack of safety data.

Contraindications
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Concomitant use with ketoconazole
