Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 25-100 mg daily; max 200 mg. Pediatric: 2.5 mg/kg daily.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 2 hours, Duration: 12 hours

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in 2nd/3rd trimester and lactation.
