Indication

Treatment of GIST, MRCC, and pNET.

Dosage (summary)

GIST/MRCC: 50 mg daily for 4 weeks, then 2 weeks off; pNET: 37.5 mg daily.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.
