Indication

Management of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults.

Dosage (summary)

325 mg/37.5 mg: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, max 8/day; 650 mg/75 mg: 0.5-1 tablet every 4-6 hours, max 4/day.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

  • MAO inhibitors
  • Alcohol
  • Opioid agonists-antagonists

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity
  • Severe hepatic impairment
  • Respiratory depression
  • Epilepsy not controlled by treatment
