Dosage (summary)
325 mg/37.5 mg: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, max 8/day; 650 mg/75 mg: 0.5-1 tablet every 4-6 hours, max 4/day.

- Hepatic impairment

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
