Indication

One tablet (200 mg emtricitabine and 300 mg tenofovir) once daily.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding to prevent HIV transmission.
Key Drug Interactions
- Avoid co-administration with other tenofovir or emtricitabine products
- Monitor for nephrotoxic agents

- Hypersensitivity to components
- Creatinine clearance < 60 ml/min for PrEP
- Creatinine clearance < 50 ml/min for HIV treatment
