Indication
Treatment of HIV infection in adults and adolescents from 18 years.
Dosage (summary)
One tablet once daily for adults and adolescents >40 kg.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in first trimester; use caution in later trimesters; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Metformin contraindicated
- Avoid with dofetilide and pilsicainide
- Caution with antacids containing polyvalent cations
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
- Creatinine clearance < 50 ml/min
