Indication
Long-term treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adults.
Dosage (summary)
Starting dose: 200 mcg twice daily, titrate up to 1600 mcg twice daily.
Special Populations
- Elderly (u2265 65 years)
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy not established; breastfeeding not recommended.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to selexipag
- Concomitant use of strong CYP2C8 inhibitors
