Indication

Dosage (summary)
Initial: 1 tablet daily for 2 weeks; Maintenance: 1 tablet twice a week.

- Women with intact uterus
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

- Breast cancer history
- Oestrogen-dependent tumors
- Undiagnosed genital bleeding
- DVT or PE history
- Active liver disease

- Vulvovaginal mycotic infection
- Vulvovaginal pruritus
- Breast pain
- Peripheral oedema
Counselling Points
- Perform monthly breast self-exams.
- Report any unusual bleeding.
- Avoid double dosing if a dose is missed.
Serious warnings
- Increased risk of breast cancer with prolonged use
- Risk of endometrial hyperplasia
- Monitor for thromboembolic events
