Indication
Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and other chronic fibrosing ILDs.
Dosage (summary)
150 mg every 12 hours; 100 mg if 150 mg is not tolerated.
Special Populations
- Elderly patients
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.

- Potent P-gp inhibitors
- Pirfenidone
- Bosentan
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to nintedanib
- Pregnancy

- Diarrhoea
