Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; effective contraception required for women of childbearing age.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Avoid co-administration with nephrotoxic medicines
