One tablet orally once daily, without regard to food.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; potential risk of neural tube defects. Not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Metformin contraindicated
- Avoid antacids containing polyvalent cations
Contraindications
- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment with creatinine clearance < 80 ml/min
- Hypersensitivity to components
