    Indication

    Treatment of previously treated unresectable or metastatic melanoma in adults.

    Dosage (summary)

    3 mg/kg IV over 90 mins every 3 weeks for 4 doses.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended during pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.

    • Hypersensitivity to ipilimumab or excipients
