50 mg once daily for treatment-naive; 50 mg twice daily for integrase inhibitor resistant.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use during pregnancy may increase risk of neural tube defects; not recommended for breastfeeding.

- Rifampicin
- Metformin
- Dofetilide
- Pilsicainide
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
