Indication

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; potential risk of neural tube defects. Not for breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Metformin contraindicated
- Dofetilide and pilsicainide contraindicated
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Uncontrolled renal failure
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Women of child-bearing age not using contraception
