- Severe cardiac conditions

- Burning and stinging
- Blurred vision
- Taste perversion
- Sinusitis
Counselling Points
- Do not wear contact lenses during application
- Monitor for respiratory symptoms
- Avoid abrupt withdrawal if on beta-blockers
