Indication
Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
Dosage (summary)
Rheumatoid arthritis: 3 mg/kg IV at weeks 0, 2, 6, then every 8 weeks. Other indications: 5 mg/kg IV at weeks 0, 2, 6, then every 6-8 weeks.

Onset: 12 weeks, Duration: Varies by indication.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use contraception during treatment; low risk of major malformations in pregnancy; caution in breastfeeding.
