Indication

Dosage (summary)

Starting dose: 75 mg twice daily; may increase to 150 mg twice daily after 3-7 days.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy; breastfeeding not advised.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to pregabalin or excipients

  • Visual disturbances
