- Renal impairment

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Severe renal impairment
Common side effects
- Anaemia
- Dizziness
- Gingival bleeding
Counselling Points
- Take with food for 15 mg and 20 mg
- Monitor for signs of bleeding
- Do not double doses for missed doses
Serious warnings
- Increased risk of thrombotic events on discontinuation
- Spinal/epidural haematoma risk
