1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, max 8 tablets/day.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to potential risks.
Key Drug Interactions
- Alcohol increases sedation
- Serotonergic medicines may cause serotonin syndrome
- CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 inhibitors affect tramadol metabolism
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tramadol or paracetamol
- Acute intoxication with CNS depressants
- Severe hepatic impairment
- History of seizures
