Dosage (summary)
One sachet every six hours as needed; max four doses in 24 hours.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid use around 30 weeks gestation and later due to risks of renal dysfunction.
Key Drug Interactions
- Increased effects of anticoagulants
- Increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding with SSRIs
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or aspirin
- Renal disease
- Heart failure
- Active gastrointestinal bleeding

- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Dizziness
- Skin rash
