    Indication

    Relief of mild to moderate pain and fever.

    Dosage (summary)

    One sachet every six hours as needed; max four doses in 24 hours.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Avoid use around 30 weeks gestation and later due to risks of renal dysfunction.

    Key Drug Interactions

    • Increased effects of anticoagulants
    • Increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding with SSRIs

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or aspirin
    • Renal disease
    • Heart failure
    • Active gastrointestinal bleeding

    Common side effects

    • Nausea
    • Vomiting
    • Dizziness
    • Skin rash

    • Do not exceed recommended dose
