Indication

Dosage (summary)
Hypertension: 80-160 mg once daily; Heart failure: 40 mg twice daily, titrate to 160 mg twice daily.

Onset: 2 weeks, Duration: 24 hours
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; can cause fetal harm.
