- Uncontrolled cardiac failure
- Severe peripheral arterial disease

- Dizziness

- Nausea
- Bradycardia
Counselling Points
- Take once daily in the morning
- Do not discontinue without consulting a doctor
- Monitor for signs of bradycardia
Serious warnings
- Do not stop abruptly
- Caution in patients with heart failure
- May mask hypoglycemia
