Indication

Dosage (summary)
The usual starting dose is 80 mg/12.5 mg once daily, which may be adjusted based on blood pressure response. Maximum dose can be 320 mg/25 mg once daily.
Onset of Action / Duration
Antihypertensive effects can be observed within 2 weeks of starting treatment, with maximum effect typically seen after 4-6 weeks.
Special Populations
- Elderly patients may require dose adjustment.
- Patients with renal impairment should be monitored closely.
- Patients with hepatic impairment should use with caution.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation due to potential harm to the fetus and nursing infant.
