Indication

Dosage (summary)
Children <70 kg: Initial 0.5 mg/kg, Maintenance 1.2 mg/kg/day; Adults: Initial 40 mg, Maintenance 80 mg.

Safety not established in pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding.
