Dosage (summary)
Adults: Start with 5 mg three times daily, titrate to 30-80 mg daily. Children: Start with 0.3 mg/kg/day.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; minimal transfer to breast milk.
