Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: Start at 5 mg TID, titrate to 30-80 mg daily. Children: Start at 0.3 mg/kg/day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; minimal transfer to breast milk.
