Indication

Dosage (summary)

200 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 1200 mg per day unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Effects typically begin within 30 minutes to 1 hour after oral administration.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Use during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, is not recommended. Ibuprofen is excreted in breast milk; consult a healthcare provider before use while breastfeeding.
