Indication

Dosage (summary)
375 mg/mu00b2 IV weekly for 4 weeks for NHL; 1000 mg IV for RA, followed by 1000 mg 2 weeks later.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Paediatric population
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during and for 12 months after treatment.

- Active severe infections
- Severe heart failure
