    Dosage (summary)

    1.3 mg/mu00b2 twice weekly for 2 weeks, then 10-day rest; adjust for toxicity.

    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not established; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.
