- Hypersensitivity to brimonidine or benzalkonium chloride

- Dizziness
- Fatigue
Counselling Points
- Wait 15 mins before inserting soft contact lenses
- May cause blurred vision
- Avoid driving until sure of vision

- Caution in severe cardiovascular disease
- Potential for dry eyes
- Regular ophthalmological examination required
