Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ceftriaxone
- Hyperbilirubinaemic neonates
- Concurrent use with calcium solutions in newborns
Common side effects
- Eosinophilia
- Diarrhoea
- Rash
- Hepatic enzyme increased
