Indication
Severe and/or complicated infections caused by ciprofloxacin-sensitive bacteria.
Dosage (summary)
250-750 mg twice daily; IV: 100-400 mg every 12 hours.

- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; excreted in breast milk.
