Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to aflibercept
- Ocular infection
- Active severe intraocular inflammation

- Conjunctival haemorrhage
- Eye pain
- Cataract
- Increased intraocular pressure
- Vitreous detachment
Counselling Points
- Report symptoms of endophthalmitis immediately
- Avoid driving until vision is stable after injection
