  • Warfarin
  • Colchicine
  • CYP3A substrates

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to macrolides
  • Concomitant use with astemizole, cisapride, pimozide

  • Nausea
  • Diarrhoea
  • Dizziness
  • Headache

  • Avoid alcohol
