Indication
Topical treatment of moderate to severe scalp psoriasis in adults.
Dosage (summary)
Apply on dry scalp once daily for up to 4 weeks; max 50 ml/week.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Paediatric population
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to teratogenic effects.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to clobetasol propionate
- Bacterial, viral, fungal infections
- Children under 18 years
Common side effects
- Skin burning sensation
- Dryness
- Irritation
- Skin atrophy
Counselling Points
- Wash hands after application.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Monitor for signs of infection or adverse reactions.
Serious warnings
- Prolonged use may cause serious side effects.
- Risk of adrenal suppression with long-term use.
