- Hypersensitivity to components
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Anuria
- Severe renal impairment
Common side effects
- Dizziness
- Hypotension
- Fatigue
- Hypokalaemia
Counselling Points
- Monitor blood pressure regularly.
- Avoid potassium supplements unless prescribed.
- Report any signs of angioedema immediately.
Serious warnings
- Angioedema
- Excessive hypotension in volume-depleted patients
- Risk of non-melanoma skin cancer
