Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • Severe hepatic impairment
  • Anuria
  • Severe renal impairment

Common side effects

  • Dizziness
  • Hypotension
  • Fatigue
  • Hypokalaemia

  • Monitor blood pressure regularly.
  • Avoid potassium supplements unless prescribed.
  • Report any signs of angioedema immediately.

  • Angioedema
  • Excessive hypotension in volume-depleted patients
