Start at 75 mg once daily, may increase to 150 mg, up to 225 mg; max 375 mg for depression.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to venlafaxine
- Concomitant MAOIs
