Dosage (summary)
MDS: 10 mg daily for 21 days in 28-day cycles. MM: 25 mg daily for 21 days in 28-day cycles.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; teratogenic effects expected.
