4 mg once daily; may reduce to 2 mg based on tolerability.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tolterodine
- Urinary retention
- Gastric retention
- Narrow angle glaucoma
- Myasthenia gravis
- Severe ulcerative colitis
- Toxic megacolon

- Dry mouth
- Dizziness
- Constipation
- Abdominal pain
- Dry eyes

- Take with or without food
- Swallow capsules whole
- Monitor for urinary retention

- Risk of urinary retention
- QT prolongation
