Indication
Treatment of overactive bladder with urinary urgency, frequency, and/or urge incontinence.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 4 mg once daily; may reduce to 2 mg based on tolerability. Impaired renal/hepatic function: 2 mg once daily.

Onset: 2-6 hours, Duration: ~6 hours

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tolterodine

- Gastric retention
- Narrow angle glaucoma
- Myasthenia gravis
- Severe ulcerative colitis
- Toxic megacolon
