- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment

Contraindicated in women; unknown if excreted in breast milk.

- CYP2C8 inhibitors/inducers
- CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers
- Medicines prolonging QT interval

- Hypersensitivity to enzalutamide
- Not for use in women
