Indication
Relief of nasal congestion due to common cold, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and hay fever.
Dosage (summary)
2-3 sprays or drops in each nostril 2-3 times daily; max 5 days.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: few minutes, Duration: up to 12 hours
Special Populations
- Children up to 6 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use only after consultation; dosage must not be exceeded.

- MAO inhibitors
- Tricyclic antidepressants
- Sympathomimetics
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline
- Rhinitis sicca
- Post-transsphenoidal hypophysectomy

- Rebound congestion

- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Consult if symptoms worsen after 3 days
