Indication
Treatment of HIV-1 in adults, adolescents, and children over 3 years and 13 kg.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 600 mg orally once daily, preferably at bedtime.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.
