Dosage (summary)

200/25 mg once daily with or without food.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended in pregnancy unless no alternatives; avoid breastfeeding.

Key Drug Interactions

  • Anticonvulsants (e.g., carbamazepine, phenytoin)
  • Antimycobacterials (e.g., rifampicin)
  • St. John's wort

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to active substances or excipients

Common side effects

  • Diarrhoea
