- Concomitant use with strong P-gp/CYP inducers

- Headache
- Fatigue

- Take with or without food
- Monitor for signs of bradycardia
- Do not double dose if missed
Serious warnings
- Severe bradycardia with amiodarone
- Hepatitis B reactivation risk
