Dosage (summary)
IV: 50-100 mg/mu00b2/day for 5 days or 100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1, 3, 5 every 3-4 weeks.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Can cause fetal harm; effective contraception required during treatment.
