Indication

Treatment of testicular and small cell lung tumors, and malignant lymphomas.

Dosage (summary)

50-100 mg/mu00b2/day for 5 days or 100-120 mg/mu00b2 on days 1, 3, 5 every 3-4 weeks.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; teratogenic potential.

  • Hypersensitivity to etoposide
  • Severe hepatic dysfunction
  • Bone marrow depression
