Indication
Opioid analgesic supplement during anesthesia.
Dosage (summary)
1-10 u03bcg/kg for induction; 0.5-10 u03bcg/kg bolus; 0.5-5 u03bcg/kg/h continuous infusion.

Onset: 1 min, Duration: ~30 mins

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding; may cause neonatal withdrawal syndrome.

- Hypersensitivity to fentanyl or opioids
- Uncontrolled bronchial asthma
- Respiratory depression
